The ASPIRE Act would give each child born in the United States a $500 savings account. Low-income children would receive additional funding, and all participants could add to their accounts over time. It soon could become a reality for ALL children born in the United States. This will include the children of illegal's at a time when America can least afford it.

Wow, another incentive for illegals to break our immigration laws and make a profit. Who is going to pay for this I wonder? Is the congress really that out of touch with public sentiment? Stop the spending and no more incentives for illegal immigration!
